Common Questions
Reservations and Cancellations:
Reservations should be made as soon as possible due to getting out guides
equipment and mouthwatering meals ready for your WV adventure. A 25%
deposit of your trip is due to secure your date. Last minute
reservations will be accepted if space allows.
The full balance is due upon your arrival. Any reservation cancelled two
weeks (14 days) prior to your arrival will be refunded in full, minus 15%
handling fee due to meals, and guide reservation. Cancellations of two
weeks(14 days) or less will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel
or move to different fishing locations due to high water conditions or bad
weather. We will give the anglers and hunters the option to relocate to
other WV rivers, streams, lakes, or counties.
What to bring:
Two medium action rod and reels with 8-10 pound test line, and
your favorite tackle. Proper weather gear including sun block, rain gear,
and synthetic clothing. Waders are not neccesary!
Overnights:
Tents, tarps, and chairs are included on overnight trips. Please come prepared with a sleeping bag
and a comfortable change of clothing.
Bait
Most commonly used artificial baits are tubes, jigs, spinners, and Rappala crayfish and minnows.
